Eric will be teaching on the principles of Aiki movement. Classic japanese jujutsu with modern educational methods. Jason will be teaching on the relationship of Daito Ryu Aiki Jujutsu and Ki Won Hapkido.

Its core principles focus on subtle manipulations of balance that can complement and enrich any martial arts training. Daito Ryu is not just a set of techniques, but a whole body approach that can transform your budo practice.

Students of all levels will enjoy practicing martial arts, learning about its history, and creating arts and crafts such as origami.

Arts from Korea (Taekwondo, Hapkido), Japan (Aikido) and China (Tai Chi) will be explored in a SAFE, FUN, EMPOWERING & ACTIVE environment!

Kids Camp exercises incorporate fitness, health and beginning self-defense.

Teen Camp will be more of a workout and a great opportunity for cross-training and conditioning for other sports as well as self-defense.

Our camps fill up early so please register as soon as possible.
